I think Bill Hybels is an amazing example of a great leader. Recently, the CEO of Starbucks backed out of Bill Hybel’s “Leadership Summit” because of pressure put on him after a online petition called on people to boycott Starbucks if he spoke at Hybel’s summit. Why? The petition claimed that Willow Creek (the church Hybels pastors) is anti-gay.
I love how Hybels responds to these charges as well as to Starbucks. Check it out in this video:
