I hate …
- watching friends grieve as their 15 year old child battles through the final days of cancer.
- seeing drugs and alcohol rob families of loved ones and steal hope from the hearts of those who struggle with addiction.
- knowing that families are falling apart because of the wrong choices of moms and dads.
- witnessing people fail to live up to their potential because of the pain and hurt of their past.
I hate the power that sin seems to hold over so many.
I love …
- watching the faith of friends lived out even in the midst of such incredible tragedy.
- seeing people set free from addictions and families restored through the power of freedom.
- knowing that families are becoming strong through the right choices of moms and dads.
- witnessing people soar like eagles and live out their God-given purpose as they press on rather than focus on the past.
I love the power of redemption that comes through Jesus Christ.
“But you belong to God, my dear children. You have already won a victory over those people, because the Spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world.” (1 John 4:4)
