Sometimes North American news can be frustrating. Many of you heard that there was an earthquake not far from where Brit is living. Actually, some of the places that she and Heather visited together have been completely destroyed.
The latest reports that I can find (via Google) tell me that there are 20 dead.
However, in speaking with Brit tonight, the reports on the local news suggest 200 dead, another 200 missing, and thousands injured.
Why can’t we get that information here? Why is it that far too often, we can’t get information about anything that happens outside of North America?
It can be very frustrating.
