I read this post in the Ottawa Sun today.
What initially appeared to be a possible abduction last night turned out to be something quite different.
Police received a call from a concerned citizen about a woman in distress in the Hazledean Rd. and Terry Fox Dr. area.
The witness said a woman sitting in the passenger seat of a
black Fiat convertible driven by a young man had her mouth covered by
duct tape, her hands were bound by duct tape, and she was tied to the
headrest.The witness noted the licence plate and called police.
Police responded to the area in force, including the canine unit and tactical officers.
Neighbouring police agencies were also alerted to the description of the vehicle.
ROLE-PLAYING
The woman was found at a Stittsville address and police
determined she and the man, both 18, are in a relationship and were
role-playing.The matter has been turned over to the partner assault unit for further investigation.
Sorry, but that is funny no matter how you view the behaviour.
